Just sign out, then sign back in and return to your profile page. Enter your name, address and date of birth again, and be sure they match your government-issued ID.
If you recently changed your name, we recommend waiting until your new legal name is on your government-issued ID. Or, follow the manual verification process and make sure your identification documentation reflects your name change, such as your marriage license.

Submit a copy of one of the documents in each list below, along with your registered Lottery email address, to California State Lottery—Attn: Customer Service, 730 North 10th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811.
